 Xtreme SCL Self Contained Debris Collector (XV8027)

 The Xtreme SCL is a self-contained debris collector designed specificially for the landscaper.
 The loader uses the dependable Kawasaki 27HP 2 cylinder gasoline engine to outlast
 and outperform any debris collector on the market.

Engine The X-treme Vac SCL uses a Kawasaki FD750D liquid cooled, 4 stroke OHV V-twin cylinder gasoline engine. The engine is rated at 27HP and has a 45.5 CID.

Mounted in clear view and reachable with ease. Gauges inlude - combination tachometer/hour meter, oil light water temperature light and charging light.
Bearings The impeller turns using two heavy-duty, 1.5" diameter 4-bolt flange bearings. The impeller shaft is 1.5" in diameter and is constructed of hardened steel.
Drive Type Belt Drive with 3-groove power band.
Trailer Chassis Heavy-duty channel steel, formed and welded. Chassis is constructed of 2" x 6" tubular steel with a ¼" wall thickness
Chassis Dimensions 108" high x 76" wide x 190" long.
Axles Dual 3.5-inch high speed towing axles rated at 12,000 pounds with electric brakes.
Tires LT 7.00 X 15, 6 ply tires with white spoke rims.
Tow Tongue Heavy duty 4" x 5" x ¼" wall thickness tow bar with pinle hitch.
Parking Jack              Heavy duty 5,000 pound capacity top wind jack with steel foot.
Trailer Lighting Stop and turn signals with turn signal indicators are standard. Strobe light mounted at top rear of unit.
Impeller 20" diameter with 6 gusseted blades which are constructed of abrasive resistant T-1 steel with a Brinell hardness exceeding 400. The blades are 3/8" thick and the back is 1/4" thick. The impeller is completely stress relieved via Bonal stress relief technology to eliminate weld cracking and weld distortion for the highest structural integrity possible. This makes for the strongest and longest lasting impeller on the market.

Outer housing is constructed of 11 gauge welded steel, front and back plates are 11-gauge steel. A safety kill switch is located on the door to shut down the engine when the door is opened.

Intake Hose 12" diameter x 120" long wire reinforced .070" thick, urethane hose.
Hose Boom Boom is constructed of 1.5" square x 1/8" thick steel tubing. Boom telescopes to 48" long
Hoist Hydraulics Uses a double acting (power up/power down) electric/hydraulic pump which operates off of a 12-volt battery. The engine does not need to be on when dumping the unit.
Dumping Hoist Uses a Crysteel scissor style hoist capable of dumping 24,000 pounds.

     Container
10 cubic yard capacity self dumping container constructed of 12-gauge steel with vented top and side hinge doors that lock in the open position for dumping.

Two Easily removable 1/2" expanded steel mesh screens are located on the top of the box container.

Paint All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned, primed, painted and dried separately. Each part is primed with a rust inhibitor primer and is painted with two coats of automotive quality paint. The parts are then assembled on the unit so that bolts, nuts, cables and grease fittings are not painted.
