 Xtreme Vac Debris Collector (XV6527)

 The Xtreme Vac is a heavy duty debris collector designed specificially for the landscaper.
 The loader uses the dependable Kawasaki 27HP 2 cylinder gasoline engine to outlast
 and outperform any debris collector on the market.

Engine The X-treme Vac uses a Kawasaki FD750D liquid cooled, 4 stroke OHV V-twin cylinder gasoline engine. The engine is rated at 27HP and has a 45.5 CID.

Bearings The impeller turns using two heavy-duty, 1.5" diameter 4-bolt flange bearings. The impeller shaft is 1.5" in diameter and is constructed of hardened steel.

Trailer Lighting LED Stop and turn signals with turn signal indicators
Impeller 20" diameter with 6 gusseted blades which are constructed of abrasive resistant T-1 steel with a Brinell hardness exceeding 400. The blades are 3/8" thick and the back is 1/4" thick. The impeller is completely stress relieved via Bonal stress relief technology to eliminate weld cracking and weld distortion for the highest structural integrity possible. This makes for the strongest and longest lasting impeller on the market.

Features a manually operated "slip belt" design. Operators have control of engaging / disengaging the impeller conveniently via a handle attached to a newly designed movable engine mount. The engine mount is spring-loaded slide with an over center cam that pulls the engine to the proper belt tension to engage the impeller.

Outer housing is constructed of 11 gauge welded steel, front and back plates are 11-gauge steel. A safety kill switch is located on the door to shut down the engine when the door is opened.

Paint All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned, primed, painted and dried separately. Each part is primed with a rust inhibitor primer and is painted with two coats of automotive quality paint. The parts are then assembled on the unit so that bolts, nuts, cables and grease fittings are not painted.
