Engine John Deere 4045T 4 cylinder 99HP turbo diesel, water cooled diesel engine.
Air Cleaner Dry Element
Radiator Pressurized, heavy duty
Radiator Screen Bottom hinged, made of 1/2" expanded steel mesh.
Engine Controls Complete instrument panel mounted in clear view and reachable with ease. Gauges inlude - combination tachometer/hour meter, oil light water temperature light and charging light.
Bearings The impeller turns using two heavy-duty, 2-15/16" diameter 4-bolt flange bearings. The impeller shaft is 2-15/16" in diameter and is constructed of hardened steel.
Drive Type 5-grooved power band (belt).
Trailer Bed One piece construction, 1/4" formed steel plate.
Fenders Steel rap around style that are bolted to the trailer bed.
Axles 6,000-pound capacity, rubber cushioned Torflex axle. EZ-Lube grease caps.
Tires ST225-75R75 radials mountedon white spoke rims.
Tow Tongue 10' long adjustable telscopoing tongue constructed of 4" x 6" square tubing 1/4" thick steel tubing.

amber strobe light.
Impeller 38" diameter with 6 gusseted blades which are constructed of abrasive resistant T-1 steel with a Brinell hardness exceeding 400. The blades and back are 3/8" thick. The impeller is completely stress relieved via Bonal stress relief technology to eliminate weld cracking and weld distortion for the highest structural integrity possible. This makes for the strongest and longest lasting impeller on the market.
Impeller Shaft 2-15/16" diameter, hardened steel.
Blower Housing Outer housing is constructed of 10 gauge welded steel, front and back plates are 7-gauge steel. A safety kill switch is located on the door to shut down the engine when the door is opened.
Intake Nozzle 16" diameter with handle constructed of 16-gauge steel.
Intake Hose 16" diameter x 120" long wire reinforced flexible rubber hose.
Hose Boom Hydraulically controlled with an electric operated hydraulic pump. Boom pivots on two 1.5" diameter two-bolt flange bearings for effortless moevement.
Fuel Tank 44 gallon capacity fuel tank manufactured of 1/4" thick roto-molded polyethylene, located under trailer bed. Electric fuel gauge is located in the instrument panel
Paint All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned, primed, painted and dried separately. Each part is primed with a rust inhibitor primer and is painted with two coats of automotive quality paint. The parts are then assembled on the unit so that bolts, nuts, cables and grease fittings are not painted.
